lots of campsites packed into a small area. very busy. people had to walk through our camp site to get to theirs quite often. Outhouses had a more noticeable smell, even outside. hosts were nice.

Nice campground! Dirt road leading to the campground is terrible...washboard effect and erosion are pretty bad. It was very dry when we went, leading to lots of dust as vehicles drive past. Great hosts and nice sized campsites.

Buffalo Campground is located at the heart of a wonderful hiking/biking area, close to the front range. The campground is well maintained and the hosts are gracious, but very specific in their rules enforcement. It's a wonderful location, well worth the visit.

We love Buffalo Creek Campground. The host this year was exceptional. They did enforce the rules, kept the bathrooms clean and were constantly working to improve the grounds. This is a great family area, close to biking, hiking - amazing trails!

Great campground that is close to Metro area but feels far away. Hiking and biking trails including the Colorado Trail close by are beautiful. Camp ground hosts are the best and everything was very clean.

The camp hosts were very friendly and informative. Lots of options for trails right near by. The Forest Service has asked tent campers to keep their tent within 50 feet of the fire ring due to the danger from dead trees falling and also to help with re-vegetation.
