What Guests Are Saying
Chapman Campground is praised for its stunning natural beauty, well-maintained facilities, and friendly camp hosts, making it a top choice for campers. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the peaceful atmosphere, with opportunities for wildlife viewing and outdoor activities like hiking and fishing. However, some guests noted limited parking near the reservoir and challenges finding flat tent sites, particularly for larger tents.

The sites along the river are excellent. Vikki is a great campground host.

We had a wonderful experience at Chapman. Dennis and his wife were wonderful camp hosts: very friendly and fun, they took their jobs seriously, were very helpful, and the campground was very tidy and clean. The only problem was there were so many no-show campers and we had to move campsites half- way through, but at least we were able to do that and didn't have to leave.
