We stayed in site 21 with a RTT. While the restrooms were closed, there were porta potties in front of them and honestly they were cleaner than most public restrooms which was great. Other guests were quiet and the host was friendly. Close access to hiking and a short walk to the reservoir. Beautiful spot with stunning fall views.

Flush toilets were closed due to winterization but they brought in porta potties which were very clean with hand sanitizer. Great quiet location.

This campground was clean and quiet. The host made an effort to accommodate me. I booked and paid for two nights. The host had only shown one reservation from recreation.gov, but he shifted some reservations around and I got to stay both nights in the same spot. The host indicated consistent difficulty with communication from recreation.gov as well as inconsistent prices. The price of my place was $37 @ night, but I paid $22.00 a night with my senior pass. Other people paid as much as $47.00 a night. The host worked really hard to be accommodating. Like many campgrounds, there isn't much staff. Instead of using restrooms, there were port-a-potties, which is fine. the campground had previously turned off the water because of the drought, but the spigots were working when I was there.

The toilet facilities at the campground were closed off over Labor Day weekend and replaced with porta-potties. That wasn’t ideal, but what was worse was that the port-potties were full when I arrived on Labor Day and still hadn’t been emptied two days later. They were unsanitary and basically unusable. As a result I spent virtually no time at my campsite or the campground because I had to go elsewhere to find usable facilities. Definitely not worth the campsite fee, which is on the high end even when all facilities are working. Save your money and go elsewhere.
