Incredible views! Be sure to stay more than one night like we did so that you can really take it all in. Our kids loved the reservoir but did say that it was a bit chilly. Pack for colder nights even in the heat of summer. About 4 hours from Denver so plan for that if that's where you're coming from. Our site (10) had a slight slope but that's easily remedied with proper tent placement. Would come to this site again.

Nice campground with comfortable spacing between campsites. Clean grounds, and clean restrooms with easy access. Good lake activities, hiking, wildlife, and back-country roads.

We loved our stay here at Little Maud campground!
Although they didn't have running water, they had porta-potties that were SO clean (like the cleanest and nicest smelling I've ever been in!) that were nice to use. We were quite a distance away from our neighbors and even though we were there on Memorial Day weekend- there were no crazy party people there. Everyone was very respectful of one another and the noise level was very low the entire time. I'd recommend this camping spot and can't wait to go back!

It was very disappointing to get to our campsite, that we specifically chose because the proximity to the bathroom, and find that the bathroom was not in service. We have several small children and this was a bit stressful. An email prior to our trip would have been helpful so that we could have prepared better.
