One reason we booked Redstone is due to having wifi available even if it meant parking at the dish. My wife had an important business/job obligation. We needed the password for the wifi. The camp host was not on duty and the substitute host had a sign indicating that they would be available after 5 pm, 90 minutes after the meeting. For $41 per night this is unacceptable. The wifi information should be included in the Recreation.gov confirmation or an email/text or some method directly from Redstone. Even posted on the site post or on the check-in kiosk. This caused us a drive back to Carbondale and frantic search for wifi. Had we known that camphosts were not available we would not have stayed at Redstone. We love the campground privacy and hot showers but needed prior knowledge of not accessing the wifi information.
