The campground hosts do a wonderful job keeping the lace clean. Only wish the wood was cheaper as they would have SOLD MORE! We love the campground and would stay there again. It is beautiful, quiet and nice to walk.

Beautiful quiet spot, the campground & restrooms were very clean, and the hosts were helpful. Most sites were wooded & private. It was relaxing to hang out on the rocks & watch the river flow. Wish there was more info about local hiking trails available at the campground, though.

Site 16 was perfect with just enough shade to help stay cool and private, but not block the gorgeous views. The site was very clean and we liked having the bear box to store our gas grill in so it wouldn’t attract bears. It would have been nice to have use of the showers, but we understand the Covid-19 worries and used our motor home one instead. This is one of our favorite campgrounds, the only negative is the lack of a dump station for a very long way.

Take I-70 west of Denver to exit 116 (Highway 82 East Glenwood Springs/Aspen). Follow 82 E for about 12 miles, then turn right onto Highway 133 south. Drive about 15 miles, then turn left at north entrance to the town of Redstone, CO.
Campground is on left.
Redstone is accessible via I-70 to Highway 82, which is approximately 12 miles from Glenwood Springs, followed by Highway 133 south for about 15 miles.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
