Wasn’t told no camp fire until got set up. Use to be a sign when first arrived host stated didn’t know anything about the sign.Never came by to see if things were ok not very friendly we left a evening early because we couldn’t enjoy our selves no hospitality at all . We have been coming to South Meadows for 4-5 years always enjoyed except last year and now our first camping trip of the season. Understand reason for fire ban but the hospitality and also the bathrooms were nasty!!!

From the I-25 and Hwy 24 intersection in Colorado Springs, Colorado, travel west on Highway 24 for approximately 18 miles to the Hwy 24 and Hwy 67 intersection in Woodland Park. Turn right (north) on Hwy 67 and travel approximately 5.5 miles to South Meadows Campground. The campground is on the left side of the road.
The campground can be accessed via Highway 24, approximately 18 miles from the I-25 interchange in Colorado Springs. From Highway 24, turn onto Highway 67 for an additional 5.5 miles to reach South Meadows Campground.
