The site was great. Close to trails and waterfalls. we saw a lot of wildlife in the surrounding area. We are a family of 8 and had a great time.

Great little site on the Rio Grande river. Just a few miles from Creede, Colorado so there is plenty to do in the area.

The campground and restrooms were clean, clearly the host took pride in keeping the campground in tip-top shape. Not to mention the wonder setting and easy access to Creede and the mountains. We will be back.

Great little park. Some sites right on the river. Easy access to off roading and Creed area.

We had a nice site right next to the river. The sound of the river and placement over the bank made you forget that it was crowded and small sites. No information on the camp host as in the 3 days there, we never met them. The bathroom was small but clean and well maintained. Bonus was the most amazing night sky with full view of Milky Way. Also close in proximity to waterfalls, Love Lake and Creede.

The camp hosts were great! We (7 adults) stayed a week there and had to move a few times because we made the reservations late, There wasn't a bad campsite we were in. At two of the sites we camped at we were right next to the river. The outhouse was kept very clean as were the campsites. The park is in a good location for seeing the sites in that area. I highly recommend a stay there

PMC & Recreation.gov policy states we will keep your reserved site until check-out time on the day after the scheduled arrival date. If you haven't occupied it at any time during this period, your reservation is null and void and will be given to first come first serve campers. Your reservation will be a no show and no refund will be given. |

All single campsite reservation fees are good for 6 people and 1 vehicle. The maximum number of people per site is 8 ($10.00 additional charge after 6 people). The maximum number of vehicles per site is 2 ($10.00 additional charge for 2nd vehicle). Any extra people/vehicle fees will be charged at the campground ($10/night per person/vehicle). |
