It was beautiful weather and all went well. I was a bit surprised however to discover that I had to share a bear box with neighboring campers. We managed ok though. Staff were all kind and polite he bathrooms were clean and supplied.

This was a beautiful campground on the west side of the RMNP. Close to hiking and other in park activities as well as fun things just outside the park. The birding hike was particularly enjoyable.

Wonderful park and Timber Creek campground was beautiful and super convenient. We spent 3 nights there with day hikes at Chasm Lake, Granite Falls, and Cascade Falls. Elk wandered our campsite in the mornings, there was a beautiful spot by the Colorado River for evening strolls. Highly recommend and we will be nack

Very nice national park campground. Clean and well maintained. Few amenities though. Need to plan ahead for about everything if you stay here. And because you're in the park you can't stop anywhere close to pick up whatever you forgot. all said and done, I would return.
