Convenient having shore power. Also great to have a place to dump your waste waters. Fishing isn't great from the shore but could be a lot worse. Always expect the wind fron the lake to blow in the afternoon.

The spot was fairly level and easy to back into. No shade. The exterior drinking water was shut off.
