The short of it... Sites are very close together. RV sites have a bit more room but the tent/rv section is pretty well packed in together. It is more of a parking lot with some fire pits and fence barriers.
The only issue I had was someone taking my spot. As I looked at the car and looked around for people, a group just sat and watched me. After awhile I found the camp host who came by and resolved the issue. The group that just watched me was the culprits and they were not going to move until told to do so. Pretty selfish.
Overall, not a bad place when everything else is packed. Otherwise, just know there is no shade and mostly a parking lot.

Camped in a tent only walk in site and had a beautiful view of the lake and dam. Incredibly clean facilities.

Great Campground right near the Blue Mesa Reservoir dam. Minimal privacy but during Covid only every other site is used.

Due to covid we didn't use the restrooms, so can't comment on them. The campground is clean and a ranger was in evidence several times per day, and were friendly and helpful. Campers were generally considerate and quiet. We very much liked the fact that, due to covid, every other site was closed, meaning each camper could spread out across 2 adjacent sites. I think when all sites are open it would be very cramped. Overall we had a pleasant experience.
