What Guests Are Saying
Lake Fork Campground offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during less crowded times. The campground features clean bathrooms, accessible drinking water, and ample amenities for RVs, making it a pleasant stay for many visitors. However, some campers noted limited shade, tight campsite spacing, and the campground's parking lot-like layout, which may detract from the experience for those seeking a more traditional camping environment.

The campground was excellent. We rented a pontoon boat and had great fun on the reservoir. I would recommend renting a boat

Cathy and Alex were great camp hosts! The view is incredible! There are coin operated showers on site, the only thing I can recommend is to double check the type of site you are reserving. There are walk in tent sites and trailer sites. Whatever you get it’s worth it!

The rule to have your generator off at 10 and no lights on is tough. We fished until just right before dark and then go back to camp site start cooking dinner and told we can’t have our generator on. So we weren’t able to even finish cooking dinner. But with in 15 minutes after the rangers stoped by, the camp down from us had there generator going…. Nothing was said to them. But I appreciate the cleanliness and politeness. Over all a good environment. Friendly. There is no over flow parking. Beautiful area, pretty camp site views

Wasn't too crowded when we there, just a few other surrounding campers, so it was perfect. The weather was also perfect, the best time to go is definitely late September. The views are awesome, did some trails in the surrounding area, got really cool shots of all the beautiful fall colors. It was just a really cool experience overall. Definitely recommend this campground!!

Beautiful. Beyond beautiful. I appreciate them closing off every other site for Covid regulations. It made it less crowded. Perfect weekend! We WILL be back!
