We love this area. One of the most beautiful in Colorado! Unfortunately it rained almost the entire time so we did not stay the whole time. We are so sad but will be back there soon! Fishing is usually great. There's a short hike up to a view point that was beautiful and you can see the reservoir. And now they include the entrance fee in your camping fee.

From Lake George, turn off Highway 24 onto County Road 96. Follow the road for about one mile. Turn right at Eleven Mile Canyon entrance. Riverside Campground is located on the left side, not far from Eleven Mile Canyon entrance.
