It's a beautiful canyon with several nice camps but this one is right on the lower road with a lot of traffic.
FYI - This area does not accept e-collars as a leash.

We love this camp
Location. We have visited yearly for the past 5 years and have enjoyed the various campsites offered. Our only complaint this time was noise well after 11 pm. For those of us that rise early to be able to catch a glimpse of a deee or an eagle, the nightly partying was disturbing. Otherwise it was a great trip.

We love this camp

The site turned out really nice. The near by road was not a problem. Facilities were clean. The river was across the road. We saw multiple deer.

Getting There
From Lake George, turn off Highway 24 onto County Road 96. Follow the road for about one mile. Turn right at Eleven Mile Canyon entrance. Riverside Campground is located on the left side, not far from Eleven Mile Canyon entrance.

Riverside Campground is located approximately 12 miles from US Highway 24, which provides access to the area.
