This is our third time back at this campsite and it is our absolute favorite! The hosts are incredibly caring and they truly keep the place amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the campsite is kept perfect, our dog escaped and they found her and brought her back, they helped us find another site for an extended stay and made sure to let us know a better one had opened up⦠just so grateful for them! Not to mention the place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful.

The campground and the lake were beautiful. The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the bathrooms were so clean. The trash was easy to find and there was fresh water and firewood easily accessible at the host site. My only disappointment was that the campsite itself (48) was very small, and we had to put our tent close to the road amd to the neighboring campsite. Supposedly the site will fit an RV and 2 tents, but Iβm really not sure where youβd put them. Most other sites were more spacious. I will definitely camp again at Baby Doe, but will try for a different spot.
