Biggest problem was all the water spouts were closed. Huge problem for many reasons, especially in the summer. Camp host was also never around or out. Never got my parking pass. But site was clean, bathrooms great, and plenty of shade.

Best campground host ever! Marsha is very friendly and keeps the entire campground spotless. She always goes well beyond the requirements. Pit toilets are always clean and well maintained. Love the area and beauty of Rockies in this part of Colorado.

Level spot, the camp host Marsha kept the pit toilets very clean. Smaller campground so felt uncrowded. Trail down to the lake right in campground. Lake is so beautiful, people paddle boarding and fishing. Leadville about 20 minutes away for food and shopping.

We love camping here! Easy access to Turquoise Lake via a trail and clean restrooms are a plus also.

We were charged for a 2nd vehicle even though the site says 2 vehicles are allowed. For some reason they consider a tent trailer a “vehicle”. Sounds like a way for the host to make some extra cash.
