What Guests Are Saying
Lakeview Campground offers stunning views, well-maintained sites, and a private, quiet atmosphere, making it a favorite among visitors. Many appreciated the clean facilities and helpful camp host, Rick, who enhances the experience. While some sites may be smaller than advertised and noise from nearby roads and dispersed campers can be an issue, the overall beauty and accessibility to trails and nearby lakes make it a worthwhile destination.

Excellent experience. Beautiful spacious site (E6) and the host Rick was super helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

We reserved a space for ourselves and for my mom and her household. My mom's space was large and well laid out. We were able to put our table canopy over it to keep the bugs out, we did not use the grill due to it being near the table and not wanting to burn our canopy. The fire pit was a good distance away from the camper and had plenty of flat space for our camping chairs to sit around it. The lakes are all within driving distance as well as a few towns for any forgotten supplies. Our space was a bit small and the fire pit and grill were very close to the table so we were not able to set up our table canopy for worry of it being too close. The space also did not have chair space around the fire pit due to it being so close to the table. We spent most of our days at the lakes, spent our evenings at my mom's camp space since it had more room.

Beautiful campground at 9500 ft. elevation overlooking a mountain lake. Very quiet, spacious sites with plenty of privacy.

The trailer sites are a bit on the short side, but doable. Scenery, at 9400 feet, is outstanding. One of our favorite campgrounds.

Lakeview Campground is great. Our site had a raised tent bed (awesome, since it rained and we also had some tree shelter) but you may want to consider bringing a shade tent. Stress here is on "view" as you can't walk to any of the lakes; a drive is involved. Bathrooms very clean, caretakers super friendly, no complaints here except noisy neighbors. :)

The campground was well cleaned up when we arrived, & the bathrooms were kept as clean as they can be. Always love going to Lakeview!

Great view and huge site. Close to the bathrooms but not too close to notice smell. Lots of shaded areas

Campground was very clean as where the restrooms.
Views are epic with easy access to the lakes and a number of hiking trails.
I gave it 4/5 starts because our campsite was near the entrance and there were people constantly driving in and out which made for some disturbance.
