This is a great campground, been using it for years. Campground hosts are always fantastic, this year included.

The campground was great. It is a dry camp, but we expected that as it is clearly explained on the Forest Service web site. The only thing out of the ordinary was that the dump station and fresh water sources were not available. This was also explained on the web site, so we were not surprised when we got there.

We made reservations months in advance. We were traveling with friends and had two sites side by side. When we arrived, one of our sites had a motorhome in it. The camp host said he didn't know where the gentleman was but offered us another site. Unfortunately then the two sites wouldn't be together. With the site hosts permission, we ended up putting both trailers on one site. We were very frustrated to hear when the person with the motorhome came back and we asked them why they were in our site, they said the camp host had placed them there! Apparently someone had taken their site. We were very very frustrated to hear that the camp post had given our site away and then made no effort to get it back for us. We paid for two sites!

This is a wonderful campground and the host was very friendly. However, because of politics between the feds and the state, there was no water available!

Really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. No problem with our 49' 5er in site 4. Nice camp hosts too. Only downside there was not water due to intergovernmental spat. Will be back.

My wife and I just camped here last weekend and it was amazing. The views were incredible and the camp host was super nice. The bathrooms were also the cleanest I have ever seen at a campsite. I highly recommend this campground to any who wants to get away or who is even experiencing camping for the first time. You won't regret it!

Great site unless it rains then the area around the table floods several inches deep.

One of our favorite spots, lots of space between sites and easy access to the lakes. We bring an inflatable kayak, excellent views in the mornings - surrounded by 14,000+ peaks.
