Beautiful location near a lake and small creeks. Very clean. The cars going by on nearby highway can be heard from campsite #1. Saw plenty hummingbirds. Was a little nervous because it used to be a military site and many warnings about potentially finding hazardous material, especially with our very curious boys. But it seemed very safe and no issues arose.

This is a lovely place to camp! Large treed camp sites, beautiful views, and super quiet. The new camp host, Dan, is wonderful! Full of information and super friendly, he made us feel right at home. My group and I would love to return!
