Lots to do at this campground--hike, canoe, swim, fish. The water level had dropped significantly since our last visit, so the water's edge was several hundred feet farther away than last summer. Still a nice trip with frequent moose sitings.

Very quiet and well maintained campground. Amazing views with the lake and surrounding forest and mountain sides. Really enjoyed sunsets and hiking trails. Great fishing and paddle board access. Saw 4 moose and other wildlife. One of our families favorites!

Awesome campground! Unfortunate that the lake (reservoir) was a bit low but such a great site. If you travel there pay attention to the campesite markers, or you'll head up and out the park (not ideal if your traveling in a larger camper van).. Enjoy!

We love this campground, it was the 1st place in Colorado we camped we we moved to Colorado 31 years ago and have returned 6 or 8 times since then. This trip we woke to a cow moose in the site next door on Tuesday morning. The campground manager was a pleasure to talk with and here 3 legged doggie was so cool. Don't change anything we love it the way it is.
