Camp Dick is praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful, well-spaced campsites. Visitors enjoyed the excellent hiking and fishing opportunities, with sightings of wildlife like moose enhancing the experience. Great location with east access to several moderate hikes. Lots of ATV traffic, but not overwhelming. Campground host Don most excellent and friendly.

Camp Dick is quiet, immaculately maintained, and a nice nearby get-away. The ATV traffic through the campground does spoil the natural environment. Why can't the ATV folks have access that does not go directly through the MIDDLE of a campground?
The online reservation program is poor. The web page does not show the FF sites. WHY? Other national park campgrounds DO show the FF campsites. I had to make a special trip to Camp Dick to learn about ALL the options.
Don is a masterful camp host. Don's commitment to a well-managed campground goes above and beyond. He has been willing to take on the responsibility for 41 campsites by himself! He deserves an appropriate bonus or wage increase.
AND, you Recreation.gov need to improve the online reservation/information system.
