Stayed at campsite 35. It was shaded, clean and near drinking water, restrooms, and lake. Had a blast paddleboarding! Restroom ran out of toilet paper for half a day before they refilled it. Bear safe box was helpful to have. Beautiful and quiet area!

The cleanest restrooms I ever saw. Better than my house.

We were fine the first two nights , the weather was cool and it was quiet, then came the people to the site next to us, a double site, we counted 9 adults and 7 kids , they ran a noisy generator, which they put as far from their site as possible , sadly it was pointed directly at our site and the noise level was unacceptable, It was useless asking them to place their generator in their campsite, fortunately we had some family members at another site and we packed up and moved to share that site. We have been camping here for years and we do find Chambers Lake to be a enjoyable campground, and we will surely be back, just seems that as time goes by, there are more rude people that in one way or another, make things miserable for other campers and visitors, not just us

Beautiful, well-maintained campground. Hosts were present, but not overbearing. Zero cell coverage (Sprint/T-Mobile) which was wonderful! Definitely plan to spend some time on the lake. The views are breathtaking!

Campground was clean and well organized. Joshua and his wife did a marvelous job with the restrooms and flexibility with site usage. Beautiful setting even with some surrounding burned areas. Campsites were spared the devastation.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Chamber Lake June 30-July 2. The grounds were well maintained and the bathrooms were very clean (smell free for a vault). The campground hosts, Josh and Alisha, were so helpful and very accessible. We were in tent only and it was sooooo quiet. We have already booked another stay within these campgrounds.!!!

Nice huge campground on the lake. Short drive to State Forest State Park. Walk-in Site 50 had great views but gets more wind from that elevated position. The site is uphill from the dedicated parking space. You’ll get a good workout if you have a lot of stuff. Our dome tent was fine but chose not to deploy the canopy. Campground has a decent wooden playground for the kiddos. Water was low when we went in early August but still enjoyed our time.

Even though the lake was low, the hillsides burned, the campground was in good condition. The camp host was horrible, very unfriendly and unhelpful.
