Relaxing & fun. The camp hosts were wonderful. The outhouses were as clean as an outhouse can be (no flies).

Be sure to walk around Dowdy Lake
If you're up to it, hike in the forest
Site 31 and the other sites in that area were soooo quiet during the week, loved it!

The camp sites are pretty close together but i love b being by the lake and we could only reserve one night. The next morning the park rangers cake by and i asked them about the first come first serve spots and she kindly told me they weren't at this camp site but she did have a cancellation that she allowed us to take over and it was in a great spot i wish 8 could of stayed longer

The campsite was clean and the area beautiful, however, it would be good for the host to remind campers that there is 10pm noise reduction time. Campers next to use were loud until 1am. Couldn't sleep!!

This is easily our favorite place to camp! The only downside is the bathroom light is so bright at night it was hard to sleep and in a tent you cannot really do much to block out the light.
