About Kenosha Pass Campground

Kenosha Pass Campground is a small, conveniently-located campground heralded by backpackers on the Colorado Trail and by those looking for a scenic, mountain family getaway. Across the road from the campground entrance is the Kenosha Pass Interpretive Area, with an accessible interpretive trail showcasing wetlands and remnants of the South Park and Pacific Railroad. Kenosha Pass campground was gorgeous, for one. But beyond that, it was really well maintained by an extremely dedicated and friendly campground host. The sites are big and most offer quite a bit of privacy. We had a wonderful time at Kenosha Pass and look forward to returning!

Excellent camp grounds! I reserve two spots for my family at Kenosha annually. The camp hosts are always polite, very helpful and they keep the spots perfect. We will be back next year!

First off—- Bret and Missy- are AMAZING PEOPLE!! I definitely be back this year to see them. I really hope that they are coming back next year!! They are on top of the camp ground from early morning to night checking on the guest. Something I have not ever seen in 7 years of coming here. Absolutely love these guys. Not saying that they do it every time but they walk around a lot. But I love the friendly faces and the friendship I built with them in a 9 day stay. Thx-Bree

The setting is beautiful and the campground was very clean and well-maintained. The proximity to the Colorado Trail is really cool! The only drawback is that it is very close to the highway so we could hear traffic throughout our stay. Otherwise, a really beautiful campground!
