The campground was super clean and the staff was so amazing at helping tell about local things to do. It was a quiet campground and close to the Longs Peak and Wild Basin park entrances.

The vault toilets were absolutely unusable. I have stayed at many primitive campgrounds. A vault toilet is not a pleasant experience, but I have used many that did not have any odors. Olive Ridge was fly infested and smelled so bad they were unusable.

This is the best front country campsite we have ever stayed at! WOW! The location is perfect and has very easy access to Wild Basin and Longs Peak areas of Rocky Mt NP, as well as all of the wonderful nature and trails that Roosevelt NF has to offer. The campsite hosts were wonderful. The bathrooms were very clean. Campsites were dispersed out and everyone was very respectful of one another. Loved camping here and will absolutely be back!

Olive Ridge is a very nice, beautiful dry campsite. I felt quite comfortable there. Just be aware of the food-motivated chipmunks and wasps while cooking and eating.
