Came out to see a concert at the Dillingham for theater. Stayed in campsite 50 and couldn’t say enough good things about it.
I didn’t realize that it was a double sight so I did have two bare boxes and two camp pads. Since I was, my Wi-Fi appreciated the extra privacy. Water is a bit easier to access from campsite 51 but that is really splitting hair. Would absolutely come back to this campground.

Beautiful location, clean toilets. We enjoyed biking on the trail around the bay, and wish we would have booked an additional night!

I lived my stay at Heaton Bay!! My site was private, I woke to the lovely lake just behind my van and it was an easy in/easy out. Convenient to fuel, restaurants, groceries and yet felt remote and in the wilderness. Perfect!!! Will be back!
