Garrett was the camp host and was the very best host we've experienced in campsites. We've camped for over 35 years, he was helpful, supportive, not "in your face" like the host last year and that is so appreciated. He was amazing

The tent-only campsites were spaced enough to retain a certain about of privacy, and they have great access to the water for things like paddleboarding.
The moonrise over the lake/reservoir was beautiful! And there were wildflowers in bloom (the tiniest lupine I've ever seen!). Though, you can hear the interstate from the campgrounds, if that matters to you.
In all, a pleasant experience and I'd stay there again.
