The park itself is beautiful, first 5 nights great we reserved on line. Our problem came with the hosts, we saw the campsite we were in on our last night was FF on the internet for the next day, we went to the host that same night requested from the host we would like to stay the available night/next day with check. The host informed us, no they were full, to check the next morning with another host, because he would be off duty. The next day the site was given to someone else, when we protested the new host said we were too late, (it was 9:00 am) and someone already had taken it and we would need to move, even though we requested the site for that night the day before. Unless we are wrong FF means first come first serve, hosts need more training, and fixing an error when it arises. We won't use your sight in future for any so called FF's, complete waste of time, and caused us a delay in leaving on time had we known the sight was given to another.

Very nice. Frustrated that many of the "reserved" sites sat empty and were not available for use. For 3 night's of our stay, there were 2 campers out of 11 sites on our loop. The reservation system needs revision to charge those who overbook and fail to arrive when scheduled.
