The campsite is special - it’s peaceful, surrounded by Colorado’s mountains, yet easy to reach from Denver

I stayed for 3 days and hiked in the area. Too many good hikes and too few days. The campsites are large and private. City of Frisco water conveniently located in each loop. Vault bathrooms were very clean. Camp host was friendly and helpful. Campground is right off I70 but vehicle noise was minimal. I camp in a camper van and was in site D52 a tenting loop. D52 has a beautiful view of the reservoir and mountains.
