This is a wonderful campground. Very clean, quiet and interesting. The staff went way beyond wonderful and one volunteer (wish I had her name) actually tracked down a package for me that was delivered to the wrong campground.

Beautiful location. Very well kept premises. Men's urinal needed better cleaning, but there was a stall with basin that was nice and clean so I used that instead. Great cycling and hiking all around. Friendly folks for sure.

We have been to this campground quite a few times and we love it so much. The volunteers are always so nice and so helpful. It’s such a peaceful and quiet campground. I would say my only two complaints is that the fishing areas aren’t the best. They have to many rocks and the fishing line gets caught all the time in the rocks. The best place to fish would be on the boat docks but that is not allowed. My second complaint is that the sites need pressure cleaning badly. Not sure why that has not been done it since it’s a small campground with very few sites. Other than that it’s a wonderful campground. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at one of the tent sites in early January. Weather was great, no mosquitos or bugs at all. View was GORGEOUS and site was very nice! Staff was very nice and restrooms were clean. We brought our 6-person tent as the sites looked rather small online, and we were correct. Our 12-person tent would have never fit on the site. The only thing missing was a playground for my kids (it sounds like there used to be one) but it is no longer there. The lock/dam area was really cool, too. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!
