We love the campground and the lake. This is our 3rd trip. We brought our boat this time along with the kayaks. Kids were tubing and we swam and explored the lake. This is a must see!

The people were wonderful friendly and professional. The area was beautiful but the camp sites were too close together and crowded. The site was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The trails were amazing and well maintained.

Pros: Host; Large sites; Brush/Woods between sites; Paved Roads; nice dock and boat ramp; clean bathrooms.
Cons: Sites are deteriorating, I.e. Timbers, picnic tables; Sites not draining during rain, need regraded; drop offs from paved road to site; water handles on some sites and dump station hard to operate; lights go off on you in bath house; no turn around space near boat ramp for larger rigs; vehicles shouldn’t park at boat ramp; no ice for sale at office; campers checking in block campers returning that have already checked in - need 2 lanes.

Wonderful park. Sites are larger than most campgrounds. The grounds are very well kept.
