Not handicap friendly. Never did get the motor home level.
Inaccessible to my husband whom can’t walk far.
Large lot but never will reserve this site again.

Site 16 was a great site. Luckily though my camper is 28ft and the site says 55ft. No way could you get a 55ft. In there properly. 30ft max. Other than that great place to stay.

I love how spacious the sites are.

We enjoyed our stay but this particular site had lots of weeds and bushes that had grew up around it, even in the water. We were not able to fish which is mainly why we love camping so much. And everyone seemed to have golf carts zooming around everywhere - even young teens, so we just had to be careful walking. There was a walkway to see the beautiful sunsets that was very nice. We would definitely come back but not stay at this particular site.

We love to camp here. Just wish they were open year round.

We had a very good time. Relaxed. We did have ants. We were able to keep them at bay. Of course, the hosts are awesome.

Loved sites 41 and 42. We could launch our kayaks and paddle boards right from the sites. 41 was more private but required backing in the camper trailer. 42 was a true pull-thru and easy breezey. Nannett at the front gate was WONDERFUL! She was patient and incredibly helpful.

We love Winfield campground's one of the cleanest campground's around. Staff is excellent and very understanding we booked 5 nights but only stayed 2 nights out of the 5 due to our business being rained out a few days so we played catch up. We called and informed them and she had everything ready for us when we arrived. Thank you guys our kids enjoyed it.

As usual, we had a great site right on the water’s edge where we kept our boat tied up. Super convenient! The staff at Winfield is second to none as far as being friendly and helpful. We will be returning every chance we get.

What a clean, well maintained, beautiful campground. A hidden treasure. For us, it is better during the week..very peaceful. Seems to fill up with local people and lots of boating activity on the weekends.
