Me and my husband camp one week per month during the summer and we always camp at Winfield.
We love the campground but we choose Winfield because of the hosts Nanette and Tonya. They go above and beyond their normal duties as camp hosts. They always know us by name, even my husbands nickname. We drive 2 hours to get to Winfield even though there are closer campgrounds because of Nanette and Tonya. If they were not there, we would definitely find a closer place to camp!
Campground is always clean as well as the bathrooms and shower facilities. Campsites are nice and big with easy access to the water and are clean and well maintained.

We love the camp grounds, and we love Ms. NANETTE and MS.TONYA. They are both very helpful, and keep the place looking great. And We can't wait to see them next season and add another camping trip to our adventure. OUR HAPPY PLACE!!!!

Could not have been better! The site was spotless and the maintenance lady kept checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, the lady at check in went out of her way to help us with my VA disability status which saved us a lot of money. Those two ladies are the the best! Wish all campgrounds had staff like them.
I had accidentally reserved the wrong site and they directed me to another site that was vacant and accommodating for our motorhome.
We WILL be back.

very clean campsite and camp host was very pleasant and helpful, the only problem was that the bathrooms need some updating, shower stall bench is about rusted out, it was clean though.

When we arrived at Winfield our campsite was very clean and easy to access. The entire campground was very well kept and the host/staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed for a total of 8 days and it was total bliss. We hope to return again very soon and would recommend Winfield Campground to anyone who is looking for a great place for an enjoyable getaway.
