What a wonderful camping area, with nicely sized sites in a lovely setting. No amenities and road noise is annoying, but the wooded setting and lovely stream make up for it.

Convenient campsite. It was a rainy night but I was able to enjoy a hike to the falls the next morning.

Great spot with plenty of camp sites that have enough space in between them. Great surrounding nature all around.

Loved staying at DeSoto Falls! Nice sites, facilities were taken care of! No wood to gather, but Sunrise Grocery up the mountain has a great deal on firewood! Came on a holiday weekend in February and had a great time! Can't wait to come back when it warms up!

It was a nice spot but too many people walking back and forth past the campsite. Went to see nature but just ended up seeing a bunch of hikers which is okay but I felt like a zoo exhibit

It was GORGEOUS! The hike to the lower falls wasn’t bad at all, and being able to have coffee by the river was incredible. 10/10 would use this campsite again.

Requiring use of Recreation.gov is fine. Adding a fee of 8$ for the privilege of using that site which is as much as an 80% markup is ridiculous.
Campground was clean. Some loud people, but we reasoned things out. Very quiet after midnight.

Camped with a large group and everything went good. Snowed and 20 degrees. Good waterfall hikes.
