Beautiful location. No cell service, or StarLink available while there. The weather was very bad for our stay, so will be coming back to enjoy another time.
I was disappointed at having to pay a registration fee that was more than the camping fee.

My visit to Desoto Falls was miserable, but at no fault of the campground. Weather was horrible! Stormed all night. When I went to leave the next morning, I couldn’t get out of the campground because a tree had fallen across the road. Luckily I had a strap and was able to pull it out of the way.

Very nice location, my RV spot was nice and flat, and there were nearby out-houses for toilet use. Relatively quiet location. It's a no utilities campground so keep that in mind...you'll be off-grid.

Great site, it was quiet and close to the facilities. There was very spotty coverage but it was easy to find.

We have been here many times and love it. We had a full Thanksgiving dinner this time. Weather was great.

Campsite 18b couldnt have been any better. Right next to the creek. Absolutely lovely! Off-season bathroom situation not so lovely but not at all a reason to not camp here. We enjoyed our entire 4 day/3 night stay!

Favorite spot in the woods-midweek only! Too many roadsters on weekend

Nice and quiet except road traffic. Think it would benefit the camp ground during the season to close the gate at ngt even if it is not locked. An enormous amount of ride through traffic in the evening, we were at site 4 which should be the host site, since it’s on the corner of incoming traffic, bath house and trash dump. Fairly clean bath rooms. It looked as if some campers had trashed the bathroom but it was cleaned over night. Only complaint is the abundance of non-campers driving through.
