Being on the lake and big sites was our favorite. Having one washer and dryer was a bonus. The only downfall was the grass was really high and I believe it was a breeding place for mosquitos. We heard it was due to a staff shortage. We would definitely go back.

Site was great and the grounds were (mostly) maintained. Will echo the comments about the tall grass but it didn’t bother us as much. Ran into quite a few spiders/webs in the restrooms but the fixtures were clean. The main dump site was out of order on the day of our departure but there was a secondary site outside the grounds. Overall, a great place and we’ll be back.

The campground was in the worst shape I have ever seen!!!!! I have been going to Bolding Mill for many years. It has always looked great. This time the grass was two feet tall, the campsites were not cleaned off after someone left, the bathhouse was disgusting!!!!! In the two weeks we were there two guys came and cut a little path around some of the campsites, but not all of them. One of our friends who stays a lot asked the men if they would cut a small path around their campsite and was told they were not even allowed to speak to them. He had to take his own weed eater and make a path. This is unexceptionable!!!!! The camp hosts said the problem was the budget had been cut. We pay to camp there and expect it to be presentable when we arrive. This was definitely not the case!!!!

The park could have been great, however the bath house all of them were absolutely disgusting! The grounds were overgrown and during snake season that was very unsafe!

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The lots are spacious and the views of the lake are lovely. They keep the grounds very clean.
We don’t like that there is a curfew and guests are required to leave by 9:30. As full-time RVers we have people visiting us a lot when we’re in town or we go to visit them. I wish they had some exceptions for this. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We were there for almost 2 weeks. Amenities could be improved on slightly, but that’s not a big deal. We also wish they had full hook up sites with sewer/septic as well. We did get full 50 amp electric and water. All worked well. We had no issues.
