Hike to the waterfalls in the area, enjoy the spectacular colors of the trees, just relax on your campsite. We went in early October, not expecting the amazing colors we saw to be on display yet. We went in mid week, so they were not many campers and it was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The campground host a very helpful. The bathhouse was adequate with hot water and showers. height of bathroom fixtures are not kid friendly. The whole area was very clean and the campsites are nicely maintained. Overall a great experience for a couple with their three year old grandson. Perfect memory.

The camp host was confrontational and abrasive with our interactions and what we observed from other campers interactions close to our campsite. They were not friendly or inviting and left the same day we arrived. No wood. No ice. No games for the kids. That’s disappointing. We have always had a great experience and enjoyed interactions with prior camp hosts. If you are not interested in being friendly maybe don’t host a campground at all.

Wonderful little campground. Great hiking and quiet. Being nestled into the hillside was very cozy.
