I like CC, stream side, fishing, adequate vault brs. But…spigot water not potable, some don’t work, tree/pole locs NG for tarp ridge line over tables. Next site not aware of quiet hrs rule - 2 gens >10 PM.

We camp at Coopers Creek every spring in site #10 every spring. We normally have a nice peacefull, relaxing time. This time we had some rude neighbors for Friday and Saturday. Very loud and using the water spicket for dishes, hands etc. So we have decides to camp during the week from now on and not on the weekend anymore.

The site I was in said it was for up to a 30’ camper. My camper is 23’, no problem backing it in, no one was in site directly across from my site so I was able to pull into it and back into my site. Problem was the day I left, camp site directly across from me was occupied and if my camper would have been a foot longer I would have had to cut trees and move a couple of those big rocks. Also I good thing I had my leveling boards in camper cause site was uneven side to side.
No fish in creek, was there for 6 days. Part of that was to the amount of people. Even weekdays, people, people constant. I live one county over and was camping up there doing some turkey hunting, lived in this area, my entire life and I’m 55 and I just hate to see the changes and all these people moving into the area.

Their are no signs to indicate where camping area is. After driving well out of our way we explored a dirt road only to have a falling tree blocking our way in. Did not have access and request a refund

Great Place, will go back. The only downside was that the restroom is quite a way away, if you can put another facility down by lot 18 or so, it would help a difficult situation.
thanks very much

Everyone was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the water system at the beginning. The forestery maintenance personnel were diligent and informative on the situation and the water was running quickly. Thanks to the men and women for your service.

Beautiful campground. There are no hook ups or cell coverage. That being said we spent to glorious weeks exploring the waterfalls that surround the clayton area. There is water available on site and vault toilets
