What Guests Are Saying
Springy Point campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained location with friendly hosts and clean restrooms. Many guests appreciate the proximity to the lake and the availability of amenities like showers and dishwashing stations. However, some sites are small and can be challenging for larger trailers, and there have been concerns about wasp nests and limited privacy between campsites.

Great spot. Clean and quiet. Easy drive to Harrison.
Loved the dock to jump off and swim.

Great campsite. Right next to Pend Orville. Was able to escape the heat with the water. Bathrooms are clean and bears don't seem to be a concern here (no bear storage lockers provided, bathroom doors were left open, etc). Free showers.
Please note the gate is open between 7am and 10pm, so if you arrive at 11pm, you can't enter.

Friendly park staff and checkin. We appreciate Springy Point and especially now that State Parks have doubled their pricing for out of state guests. We won't be visiting the Idaho State parks anytime soon and love that we can happily relax and enjoy our time at Springy Point with MUCH friendly park attendants.

We were glad to have a spot on the lake during a heat wave. And it was great to have a hot shower, clean campground, and clean bathrooms with flush toilets.
It was a bit stressful having a deadline to arrive, knowing we would have no place to stay if we arrived after 10PM.
The lake is very cold and has lots of children as it is also a day use facility.
We watched Bald Eagles fishing on the lake from the swimming area. Later we had a juvenile land in the trees bordering our campsite and watched it for at least half hour. Even got some pics. That was the highlight of our stay at Springy Point.

Friendly staff, basic but scenic campground does a great job of mixing tent and RV sites.

Nice campground. Downside: the tent site we had was VERY small! We had to put our tent on the gravel road we park our car on!

Sites were very close together. Lots of families which is fine IF patents supervise their kids & leash their dogs.
Facilities clean except for people not cleaning up after themselves.
Was nice to be able to walk to the lake.

This a great place to camp out side of sandpoint ID they have restrooms and shower a place to wash your dishes, and it all conveniently located near the lake the park attendant was super friendly we needed to barrow a screw driver for our trailer and they had one to let us borrow. Great place to stay very clean.
