What Guests Are Saying
Clark's Ferry Campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful views of the Mississippi River, making it a pleasant stay for visitors. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Wildcat Den State Park and offers a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during midweek. However, the proximity to active train tracks results in frequent noise, which may be a drawback for those sensitive to sound.

Always greeted by the friendly staff and good neighbors.....some local, some from far away. Our visit had to be cut short and we were informed that we would get a refund for the day we were not able to stay. THe staff and workers there are always friendly and looking to help us! Thanks.

This was a clean and quiet park, except for the trains that are very active and run 2-5 times a day and night. The bathrooms/shower house was so new and clean!

this campground was ok. sites are easy to back into. electric only, but the power was good. you might need a long hose for water depending on site, or stop and fill up and then park. There is a train track on the north side of campground, and quite a few trains come through, day and night, with horns. It is right on the river if you want to fish or bring a boat. some local residents will reserve sites and setup a day or so in advance to make sure they get a spot. Not much walking area or biking area. Watch your speed in Buffalo on Hwy 22. Speed camera trap.
