What Guests Are Saying
Clark's Ferry Campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful views of the Mississippi River, making it a pleasant stay for visitors. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Wildcat Den State Park and offers a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during midweek. However, the proximity to active train tracks results in frequent noise, which may be a drawback for those sensitive to sound.

The campground is on the Mississippi river. We walked down to the river's edge and enjoyed the tranquility of watching a barge pass by in the late afternoon. The park is also close to the Mississippi River trail from Davenport to Riverdale, a nice bicycle ride.

Very nice campground. Easy access to the river and great view. Does get swampy after a heavy rain. Nice rest rooms and showers.

Clarks Ferry is a beautiful, small campground on the Mississippi River. We came to work remotely for a week since it’s one of the only campgrounds on the Iowa side of the river that we can get strong AT&T and Verizon signal.
