What Guests Are Saying
Howell Station is a highly praised campground known for its spacious, clean sites and beautiful natural surroundings, making it a favorite for families. Campers enjoy the quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, and numerous recreational opportunities, including biking and wildlife watching. Some minor improvements are suggested, like better Wi-Fi and complete hookups, but overall, visitors have had great experiences and plan to return.

The site was huge, the campground was very well kept up. I enjoyed the hiking trails that were shared with the bikers. The restrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We love this campground! Great location, campsites are spacious with grates over the fire pit. Miles worth of paved path great for walking or biking.

We love the large and level campsites. Not able to get good cell phone reception or internet.

Even though it was near the end of the season, and during a Federal shutdown, the volunteers made sure everything ran smoothly. Rick (from NE) is always friendly and helpful!
