We were in a group site 3 canning creek council grove ks. with four campers and had to pay for all sites. No other groups had reserved it so why not let us pay per camper instead of the whole site. The post that I was connected too had no electricity lucky my cord would reach the next pole. Group site 3 post eight. Only half of the lights in the shelter worked. An outlet in shelter did no work. Called corps left message. No park ranger or attendant showed up the whole weekend. Kind of frustrating that I had to pay for whole site and no one drove by other than the trash people kudos to them. the weekend was October 14,15,16 2021. We have this little camp out every year and will make other plans next year. Howard

Site 41A was a great site. The neighboring sites were closed so we had no campers in front of us.

Nice quiet campsites with clean and private restrooms. This was excellent. We as a family have rented two years in a row and only problem there’s no water at Osage shelter. Have to haul water for 30 people to cook and wash dishes for 3 days is a big problem. Will probably rent next yr but sure need access to water
