Plenty of parking on the road. Large site to allow ample space between your site and the site next to you,

We had a minor hiccup with the park ranger giving our site to someone else but everything was resolved the next morning. Our host was the sweetest and the site was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the camp site was nice and very close to a pretty river...but...two trains went by within earshot and woke us up, cars driving by on a nearby road woke us up, you get the drift.
The site was clean and there were bathrooms within walking distance (with toilet paper).
Would I go back? Probably not, but it was nice to do once.

A well-maintained campground that made for a pleasant stop while cycling the C&O. It was a quick, but uphill ride to Sharpsburg and the Antietam National Battlefield Park. For best views of the river, I suggest either sites #7 or #8.
