Our campsite was clean and tidy from the last campers. The bathrooms were also clean and warm. Since the temperatures were in the 30’s that was a plus. Only drawback I saw was the lack of firewood for sale. Will definitely come back!

Very nice campground right on the river. We only got to stay one night, but would definitely go back.
Had no problem getting our 41ft. motorhome in.

Lovely sites with convenient proximity to Grand Rapids, MN. Super clean restroom/shower and a great view of the river. We had ample cell service to work from "home" too. A beautiful, well maintained campground!

We stayed in one of the tenting sites. It is not far to walk your equipment in to the site. There is traffic noise and a train track nearby so be ready for that. The bathrooms were very clean and the water was warm/hot…which is what we needed on a rainy weekend. Across the dam there are very nice hiking trails.

Great place to camp, quiet, sites are far enough apart that you don't get extra noise from neighbor, great hiking on well maintained paths just across the dam along the Mississippi. Has a big covered area with tables for gatherings and a nice playground for kids.

Noisiest campground I have ever stayed at........Route 2 nose 24 hours a day, train tracks 20 feet away. Dump station strunk to high heavens. Trash people came in at 5;30 AM on a Sunday morning to empty the dumpster. Don't plan to get any sleep while staying here.
Good new showers and very nice dam.

This is such a wonderful campground! It was clean, and the setting was fantastic. We walked across the river by the dam to access hiking trails, and we fished off of the two docks that were nearby. Each time I walked out of my camper trailer, I thought the view of the river, trees, etc. was breathtaking. My husband and I will be back.
