Great campground. My site was bug infested and my picnic table basically covered in moss and unusable. (This I deducted a star.) if I arrived in daylight I would have changed if possible. But next day when I realized it was too late and too much work to move. Nice bathhouse. Great basketball court and playground. Enjoyed the transportation museum in West Point. Columbus an historic town. Starkville was cool also. Lots to see and do in the area. The host flying the confederate flag was upsetting.

Very attractive COE campground next to the Tombigbee River. We had one of the W/E/S sites on a concrete pad and you can't beat the price using a Golden Age Passport. Convenient to Columbus and West Point, MS. I didn't see any bike paths but the surrounding network of rural roads are not highly used so I felt safe biking on them. I will return when our travels bring us near this park again.

The Town Creek Campground was well kept. The Park Hosts were friendly and accommodating.
Since what we sought was a quiet tent camping experience enjoying God's creation, midweek was a great time for us!
