Baxter Campground is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, well-maintained facilities, and clean restrooms, making it a favorite for many returning visitors. Campers appreciate the spacious sites, peaceful atmosphere, and helpful staff, contributing to a relaxing experience. This was our best stay at a corp of engineers campground. The camp host were so nice and helpful, very refreshing!! The park is absolutely beautiful and clean , right on the water with a beach, playground, marina, dockside cafe, and a restaurant right down the road. The best on Table Rock !!!

Very nice and clean campground. Not a lot of noise which is nice as well. Playground was nice for the kids after a day of being on the water and the bathrooms were clean.

This is our second stay at Baxter, and there was no disappointment. The staff was great the restrooms were clean, and the park was in order. Other than the lake being a bit high the visit was very pleasant. See ya next year!
