We love staying here. Kelly and Mark are amazing. Everybody else that helps out to keep the place clean and safe are wonderful as well. We will keep going back! Our new favorite place to go!

Got there after checkout time after driving 4 hours to get there, only to find a family all spead out in our spot. Had to wait 35 minutes for them to leave. Also backed into a tree and bent our bumper while finding a place to wait until the left.

Our camp site was 27. Nice right next to the water. During the day there is boat traffic which produces rolling waves on shore which can catch you by surprise when your in the water.

This was our first visit to Baxter Campground and we were happy with our experience! It is a smaller, quiet campground with sites right along the shore with nice views of the lake. We had a rather large goup with seven families taking four sites. The attendent was friendly, accomodating and informative. He helped us with were to go for food and other supplies and even gave us suggestions for fishing spots. One of our party actually lost her phone but one of the workers there found it and turned it in. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definatley try to reserve there again!

Great campground, wonderfully accessible bathrooms and showers. The lake was high and flooding some sites, and the lower sites had minimal shade and were in full view of passing traffic. I would recommend the sites furthest away from the lake!

Site 45 was hard for us to back our 32' trailer into. The site was shady, clean and nice with no site behind us or across from us. But would not pick site 45 again due to it being hard to back into.

Small but not crowded. Sites were clean and everyone was friendly. Bathrooms/Shower house were cleaned daily and were nice sized.
