Baxter Campground is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, well-maintained facilities, and clean restrooms, making it a favorite for many returning visitors. Nice quite campground. Sites are far enough apart that you don't feel like your in the neighbor's site. If you want shade look away from the water.

Great spot right on the water. Only thing to mention is there were a lot of dogs off leash.

This campground is one of the best we have stayed at! Big beautiful sites, with fire pits and picnic tables. Showers and bathrooms were sparkling clean thanks to Donna and Dale(?). I think I got his name right! We stayed in site 50. We will stay here again! We are from Leavenworth Kansas.
