I'm retired and not a fisherman, but love the lake. We book a year in advance and am looking for some milder weather. There is one think we wish the Corps would include for us old Farts. We have a dog (Lab) who loves the water and run. Since we can't use the swimming area, we've been looking around the boat ramp areas to if we could walk down away from the ramps, sit, soak our feet and let him jump in the shallow water. Not sure if even this is allowed. Maybe you could have a fenced in area where dogs can stretch their legs?

We loved the campground! Quiet, shady and very enjoyable. The showers were clean and easily accessible! Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful area, close to the water, fairly far away from each camp site

We love camping at Indian Creek as its quiet with plenty of space between camp spots. There are several trails to get access to the lake for fishing.

A great area for camping 🏕. Boating 🚢 and laying on a beach ⛱. The restrooms 🚻 were very clean and the so was the entire campsite.

The campsite we reserved this time had a significant slope and front of our 5th wheel had to go down farther than I've had to have it. I wish the website had info about the grade of each site. I also wish they would reopen some of the water spigots throughout the park so it would be easier to camp without water hook ups. The campground is always clean and peaceful. We don't sure the bathrooms so not sure about them.

Upon check in I informed them that I org booked 1 night (sat) but had went and book the Friday night anyway....They gave me a pass for just Sat night...I asked them because really I had 2 nights at the same place...they said oh don't worry we will come around...which I ever saw them...a bit concerning...I miss having the family type upon checking...they were young and didn't make you feel welcome at all....
